Greensky is a company that benefits from the merchant company, which in turn swindles the customer. Then Greensky employs millennials and Generation Z to overwhelm the customer with fees and other unpleasant behavior. Their merchant, Palmetto Bath, is a disgraced bathroom company that installed acrylic showers prone to leaks. I made a complaint to Greensky, and they said the issue was between me and the merchant, despite having paid the merchant in full. Greensky is a total waste of time. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This company is terrible! My father's service vendor still hasn't been paid for the second half of the shower remodel yet. Greensky requires yet another authorization. He gave authorization when he signed the contract, gave a second authorization for the first 50%, and now they need a third authorization for the last half. Keep in mind, he has already called them at least three more times to do the final authorization. They can't seem to get it together long enough to accomplish what should be a fairly simple task. Research your financing vendor before starting a new project; if you hear the name Greensky... RUN!

I had to make repairs to the foundation of my house, mandated by the insurance company. The contractor offered GreenSky as a loan, as the repairs would be 10K. I have a contract with Greensky for zero interest if paid off within a year. I've been making $1,000 a month payments, but I didn't see in the fine print that they would add a $200 a month "finance charge". So the payments are actually $1,200 a month! This company is predatory; I suggest going elsewhere. They have a 29% interest rate, if anything happens and you don't get it paid off in time, they will take a significant toll on you. And if you do get it paid off in time, they will still profit from you through "fees".

This place scams people. Just look them up using "civil suit." They add "merchant fees" without ever mentioning it and require no authorization for a provider to sign you up for a loan/payment plan.
Another thing to mention is that if whatever you are paying for doesn't work or causes harm, their contract states this: "If you are dissatisfied with the goods or services that you have purchased with your loan, and you have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the provider, you may have the right not to pay the remaining amount due on the purchase." When I brought this up, they responded, "The key word in that section is 'may'." So, the whole thing means nothing.

My husband cannot seem to get anyone to tell him why the interest is more than the payment every month. He gets the runaround every time he calls. This must be a predatory loan, and this company is scamming us.

Stay away from GreenSky if at all possible. If you do use them, please read the very fine print. Even if you have 10 cents left on the balance of an interest-free loan, you will be responsible for the interest on the entire amount borrowed.
Other loan companies with greater integrity informed me that this is how companies like this make their money. Stay away.

In all my experiences with consumer loans, I have never had a worse experience than with Greensky regarding customer service. I pay my account, and they posted on my credit report that I owe them money, even after Greensky mailed a letter saying my account was paid. Their customer service is awful and unprofessional.

In all my experiences with credit cards and consumer loans, I have never had a worse experience than with Greensky regarding customer service. They repeatedly sent messages in Spanish even though I informed them that I am not Spanish-speaking. It is never possible to reach a live agent. The only contact method available was via email, providing no help at all if you needed information immediately. I would never use them again. It was a very stressful and unpleasant experience overall.

These people are the largest frauds in the industry, akin to modern-day pirates with their loan practices. They impose late fees even when payments are made early or precisely on time, hoping it goes unnoticed. Every month I had to challenge an unwarranted late fee or charge and wait for their "investigation." On one occasion, I simply requested a breakdown of my account, including the interest rate in PDF format, and they placed a hard inquiry on my credit report! When confronted, the representative claimed, "Oh, I misunderstood; I thought you wanted to check your credit for a lower rate." This is, by far, the worst loan company I have ever dealt with in my life. Please beware and take your business elsewhere.

Why are interest rates so high at this scam company? I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! The details of my loan weren't explained properly, and I hate that I financed with this company!

They are as bad as the company I worked with to get the loan, Window Nation. I've been waiting for a $500 credit since the initial conversation on 11/22. Since then, I've made 5 calls and have been told my check was sent on 3 different dates. I'm sending a letter to the CEO and Chief Credit Officer. No wonder Goldman Sachs sold them off. I will never do business with either company again.

They would charge you double on your loan; they're thieves. Don't deal with them. The customer service is very rude and nasty when you try to talk to them. They give you the runaround. I had a ten-thousand-dollar job to finish and pay for it; they charged me another ten thousand extra.

They are thieves. They will charge you say you will not pay interest, but later charge you large interest. Their costomer service will not listen to your concerns. The manager will not talk to you

GreenSky paid the contractor when the company claimed the work was completed even though the client reported the job was not complete and had not passed any inspection in the county and had failed to get two permits. The client informed GreenSky that the work was not completed and GreenSky paid them leaving the client with no leverage to have the job completed.

This loan has been paid in full for several months, yet it still reflects that money is owed. Greensky need to report a valid balance of $0.00 owed.

No! Don't!! Walk away now!! It will be a hassle. They may over charge you at payoff and not return the difference.
