across the Mississippi River was suspended this morning for inspections to see whether the impact of a barge damaged the US 80 bridge The barges in an early morning tow also struck the Interstate 20 bridge "as cables broke and about 35 barges scattered Vehicle traffic on 1 20 was not stopped here daily Smith said that at least one train had been held up in Vicksburg since shortly after the crash information received by the police department and further investigation records indicate Scott was in the Warren County Jail this morning on a $15000 bond records show Brandon man returned on larceny warrant A Brandon man was arrested riday evening in Ridgeland on a local warrant for burglary and grand larceny Vicksburg Police Department records George Terry Beckham 25 of Brandon was arrested at
