Does it cost money to get my rental listings on Zillow Rentals Network?
Zillow Rentals Network offers tailored listing solutions for different types of properties. For those managing properties with less than 25 units, Zillow Rental Manager provides a free platform to create and manage your listings. For multifamily buildings with 25 or more units, we offer specialized paid advertising solutions. These solutions are designed to maximize exposure and efficiency in reaching potential renters. To list properties with 25 or more units on Zillow, a contract with Zillow is required.
Please note that while we work closely with several PMSs, MLSs and CRMs to provide integrated partner experiences, we do not participate in their lead generation programs.
What does “multifamily” mean?
In the real estate industry, ‘multifamily’ refers to a property classification encompassing buildings or complexes that house multiple separate residential units. At Zillow Rentals, we classify any property with 25 or more units as a multifamily business. Multifamily and Feed Connect advertisers can seamlessly integrate their existing Property Management Software with ours. For landlords who are listing with Zillow Rental Manager, the property management tool also enables landlords to receive applications, create and sign leases, screen tenants and collect rent.
Can Zillow Rentals help me price my rental?
Yes, landlords who are using Zillow Rental Manager have access to a Price My Rental tool. Multifamily or Feed Connect partners can connect with a Zillow rep to get exclusive market and competitive insights. Are you an existing partner?
