Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 33.5 feet on 06/24/1993.

A corridor of higher rainfall amounts (3 to 4 inches) is expected, particularly over southern Minnesota, and a few localized areas within this corridor could even see amounts over 5 inches.PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
